    My practice is rooted in a belief that we all have an inherent capacity to heal and grow, and that you are the expert in your own life.   • Hi, I’m Michelle,

    When we sit down together, I start with the belief that everything you do makes sense.  Even though you have habits that aren’t serving you, those habits have developed for good reason.  You are a survivor with the hardwiring to keep yourself moving.

    The main tool that I use in session is Lifespan Integration (LI).  This is a gentle method which works to create new neural pathways, allowing you to overcome past events and patterns of relating to others that may have kept you stuck for decades.  LI takes us way beyond needing to just try harder. With LI, doing things differently will come more naturally because it is literally rewiring your brain for you. One of the best things about LI is that it is effective for anyone with trauma, abuse, or neglect and even for individuals who have no specific negative memories.
